• ABCD Training

  This evidence-based program offers comprehensive, current information about four chronic diseases: A1C (diabetes), Blood pressure, Cholestrol, and Depression. It includes demonstrations of skills needed by Community Health Workers who provide service to persons with these diseases. Paricipants receive hands-on training during the presentation and a certificate upon completion. Organizations may attend scheduled trainings or request that ABCD Training be scheduled for their staff members or other group.

• Case Management Conference

  The Case Management Conference is scheduled for November 7, 2013. Theme, topics, and location are yet to be determined. Case managers, social workers, community service workers, counselors, supervisors, program managers, and all other interested individuals should register and attend this conference. Continuing Education Credits will be offered.

• Chronic Disease Institute

  The CDI is The Wellness Coalition's annual conference which provides information about chronic disease prevention and management. Sessions include a variety of relevant, current topics.
