This evidence-based program offers comprehensive, current information about four chronic diseases: A1C (diabetes), Blood pressure, Cholestrol, and Depression. It includes demonstrations of skills needed by Community Health Workers who provide service to persons with these diseases. Paricipants receive hands-on training during the presentation and a certificate upon completion. Organizations may attend scheduled trainings or request that ABCD Training be scheduled for their staff members or other group.

The CDI is The Wellness Coalition's annual conference which provides information about chronic disease prevention and management. Sessions include a variety of relevant, current topics. Dates for each year are posted to the website as soon as they are set.
